A-Dog (Assistance Dog Group) is a list for people interested in the raising of puppies to be Assistance Dog.   It includes puppy raisers and Service Dog users, self raisers and instructors and other staff members from the schools that train these extraordinary animals. An Assistance Dog is a dog who helps a person with a physical, cognitive, seizure related disability or illness including but not limited to blindness, deafness, cerebral palsy, cancer, or epilepsy

Owner Trained Assistance Dogs is a list to help disabled people train a dog to help them in every day life.  Help others learn how to train their dog, choose a puppy or dog to be an Assistance Dog, and what to do when you're out in public, and the business refuses to let you and your dog inside. Also, laws are discussed.  Persons with Program provided dogs are also welcome, so they can add new skills to their canine partner.

Puppyraisers.

This is a list for people who raise puppies that will serve as assistance dogs (guide, service, hearing, seizure, social, etc.).  Membership is open to all active puppy raisers.  We welcome the self trainer who is raising a puppy to serve as his or her own Assistance Dog.

Operant Conditioning training, with emphasis on positive reinforcement (clicker training) for Assistance Dogs (Service Dogs) trainers and partners. All discussions are to be related to the above topic, even writing style will reflect positive attitudes and an open atmosphere for sharing ideas related to the subject matter.   This list will be good for children, however, in any list, parental guidance is recommended.
